Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We are committed to making airsourceheatpumpsscotland.com accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology used to access the site. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-off task.
Measures taken
The following measures are in place to support accessibility across the site:
Keyboard and navigation
Full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
Visual clarity
Colour contrast ratios meet the 4.5:1 minimum. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion preference.
Structure and responsiveness
Semantic HTML and ARIA labels throughout. Responsive design tested across all common viewport sizes.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. Some third-party embeds, such as video players or mapping widgets, may not meet all accessibility requirements. Where we are aware of a shortfall we work with the provider to improve it or offer an alternative means of accessing the same information.
